# SR 26-2 Generative-AI Gap Workbook SR 26-2 excludes generative and agentic AI as "novel and rapidly evolving". Examiners still ask how you govern it. This workbook records the answer. ## Sections 1. Inventory — every generative or agentic system in use, with owner and version 2. Materiality — the decision each system influences and the consequence of error 3. Boundary — what the system decides vs what a person decides, enforced where 4. Evidence of effectiveness — what has been measured, over what population 5. Effective challenge — who challenged it, on what basis, with what standing 6. Change control — how a past decision is reconstructed to its version 7. Monitoring — thresholds, owners, escalation 8. Third-party dependence — the model provider is a critical vendor; treat it as one 9. Conflict register — who benefits commercially from a favourable conclusion 10.
