Every correction, including the ones that changed nothing
A registry that publishes findings about named companies has to publish its mistakes with the same prominence. This log records every dispute raised against an entry or against the method, what was done about it, and when — whether or not the finding changed.

What gets published here
- Corrected — the finding was wrong and has been changed. The entry shows the new value; this row records the old one.
- Reviewed, unchanged — we looked and the finding stands. The reason is in the row, so a reader can disagree with it.
- Withdrawn — the person who raised it withdrew it.
- Under review — counted above, published once it resolves.
Publishing documentation we could not locate is the fastest route to a different score, because a score measures located documentation. See the terms.
Raise a correction
You do not have to be the vendor, and you do not need an account. Point at the specific claim and, where you can, at the document that shows otherwise. Whatever is decided is published above, including a decision to change nothing — we aim to answer within 10 working days.
