# EU AI Act — Annex IV technical documentation checklist

For each item: hold it, or record why it does not apply.

1. General description — intended purpose, provider, version, interaction with hardware
2. Detailed description — development process, design choices, system architecture
3. Data — training, validation and testing sets: provenance, scope, characteristics
4. Human oversight — the measures, and how a person can effectively intervene
5. Accuracy, robustness, cybersecurity — declared metrics and the method behind them
6. Risk management system — identified risks and the measures adopted
7. Lifecycle changes — versions, and what changed
8. Standards applied — harmonised standards, or the alternative solution adopted
9. EU declaration of conformity
10. Post-market monitoring plan

## Evidence tier guidance
Items 1, 2, 4, 7 are ordinarily achievable at T2 from vendor documentation.
Items 3, 5, 10 reach T3 only where method and population are published.
T4 requires a third party to have reproduced and published. Most systems in this
registry sit at T1-T2 across the board.
